STREET Creep®, Incorporated has designed and manufactured a seamless, extruded, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber expansion joint. The rubber expansion joint is installed in new or existing concrete slabs including but not limited to roads, driveways, sidewalks and finished floors. The installation process requires limited tools and zero adhesives or sealants.
The rubber expansion joint will protect adjoining structures and concrete slabs during extreme pressure caused by street creep. The rubber expansion joint will maintain a seamless rubber seal while collapsing horizontally allowing approximately 3” of uncontrollable thermal expansion or slab movement. The rubber expansion joint will provide vertical support and surface integrity while undergoing the 3” mechanical collapse.
